What's the architectural detail your eye always gravitates towards?

Having started my career as an architect, I have an appreciation for architecture in general. Philadelphia’s ever-changing skyline always intrigues me, as I love the juxtaposition of the old world architecture with the new modern design, and the I see AMAZING potential in the ever changing landscape in Asbury Park, the city by the sea!

Favorite community organization.

Neighborhood Association groups. I enjoy attending various local meetings to gain insight on what is up-and-coming in a particular neighborhood. Who doesn’t want to have the best and most current information on what's happening in the place they will be calling home.

What differentiates you within real estate?

Having a background in design and architecture allows me to help my clients envision what a space will look like. What's more, I can advise them on how to make it a reality, whether it's a minor tweak or complete renovation. And, sometimes all it takes to transform a space and make it their own is the right paint color .

Having lived in Philadelphia since 1991, and Asbury Park since 2015, I am well-versed in the local Real Estate market. Not only do I know Center City and its many neighborhoods, I am also proficient in selling real estate on the Mainline and Asbury Park as well as South New Jersey.
